At Mood, we have covered small covid weddings with 20-guests up to seven-figured celebrity weddings. We suggest having one photographer and two videographers for every 100 guests as a general guideline, rather than a strict rule. It's important to note that your specific needs may vary, especially considering factors like the venue's location, client expectations on the coverage, and the day's layout.

When it comes to our editing approach, we emphasize clean, unfiltered finishes with a focus on bright, clear, and contemporary visuals, enriched with vibrant colors. “Editing” is defined as color balanced, exposure adjusted, cropped, colors popped, and straightened as needed. With Mood, your images are delivered with basic color adjustments. Simply put, we make the image look accurate, and colorful.

“Retouching” is when we modify the body, remove distracting elements in the background, and add artistic polishing. Retouching can be a complicated process depending on the request. Basic Retouching is complimentary with any album or enlargements.

We are digital plastic surgeons so nose, neck, tummy tucks, hair filling, fixing bruises/scars/scratches, making arms smaller, line removal, fixing blinks, removing distracting elements are common requests but is not included in the initial gallery delivery. The final product is an album or enlargement and that is where the retouching is completed. There is only additional costs for major retouching requests and the cost will vary depending on the volume and complexity of the request.

For most events, clients can anticipate receiving approximately 100 images per hour of service. For instance, with 10 hours of coverage, you can expect a minimum of 1,000 color-corrected images. These images, referred to as your "proofs," are conveniently delivered through a personal online gallery. This gallery allows for immediate sharing and downloading, providing you with instant access to your memories.

At Mood, our turn-time for images are generally delivered within 2-3 weeks to ensure a quality product.

Videos, depending on their type and length, are typically delivered within 45 days. Should clients request edits, the timeline for the final delivery may extend, varying according to the nature of the edits requested. This flexible approach allows us to cater to your specific preferences, ensuring the final product aligns with your vision.

Yes,. We will typically send a copy of our Certificate of Insurance, (COI) to your venue and/or planner if and when requested.

We archive all final images and videos for 1-yr, although we generally store all final works on our servers indefinitely. Nonetheless, we strongly recommend that our clients download and securely save these precious memories on their computer, an additional hard drive, and a cloud service to ensure their comprehensive protection.

Regarding RAW files, we retain them on our servers for six months following the event, after which they are permanently deleted. This policy is in place to ensure the privacy and security of your valuable moments while managing our storage resources efficiently. The RAW footage can be purchased separately if needed.

As your dedicated professional wedding vendor, we hold the copyright to all of your wedding images. However, we are committed to ensuring you have the freedom to cherish and share your memories. To this end, we provide an official copyright release, granting you unlimited personal use. This allows you to print, share, and enjoy your wedding photos and videos without restriction, ensuring your precious moments can be celebrated and revisited anytime.

At Mood, we take great pride in the quality and creativity of our work and are eager to showcase these aspects to prospective clients. However, we understand that some clients may wish for their images to remain private. In such cases, we strive to reach a compromise by seeking approval for specific images that can be shared publicly. For clients who prefer complete privacy, we offer the option to purchase the rights to their images for a reasonable fee. Most clients find that a balanced agreement meets their needs without incurring extra costs, ensuring their satisfaction while allowing us to display our expertise.

Certainly, both photo and video RAW files are available for purchase. Depending on the scope and number of events, we typically capture between 3,000 to 10,000 images. It is important to note that these RAW files are not regarded as the final product. Nevertheless, we recognize that some clients are interested in accessing outtakes and may wish to undertake some personal editing. Please be aware that RAW files require editing and may contain test shots, unflattering images, duplicates, and a significant number of candid moments.

Regarding wedding videos, they are generally filmed in short segments that may include shaky footage, and multiple takes. Many clips range from 4 seconds to 1hr depending on what is being filmed. The content is also not color graded and may lack contrast and proper color range.
